29 Buildings Affected Becakayu Toll Road Project Demolished

Around 29 buildings affected construction of toll roads of Bekasi-Cawang-Kampung Melayu (Becakayu), demolished. Those buildings are in Cipinang Melayu Urban Village, Makasar Sub-District, Pondok Kelapa Urban Village and Duren Sawit Sub-District.
This is in accordance with plot mapping issued by BPN
The land will be transformed into an inspection road and an alternative way at Jl Raya Kalimalang from Bekasi towards Cawang.
East Jakarta Mayor, Bambang Musyawardana conveyed the demolishment is a part of Becakayu toll road construction. Of the 29 buildings, 21 out of them are in Cipinang Melayu and 8 buildings in Pondok Kelapa.

Mostly buildings are standing on PT Perum Jasa Tirta’s land. While for building owners who have a certificate, had been received compensation last Tuesday (9/22).
“The next project is piling installation and alternative road widening as traffic jam prevention,” he disclosed.
